Project 01 · Austin
Water intrusion caused extensive rot in the lower portion of the original wood window frame and surrounding components. SenPro corrected the source of the leak, preserved the custom glass, rebuilt the damaged frame and sash components, completed new exterior sealing and restored the stucco finish around the opening.

Project 02 · Austin
Rot had developed at the bottom of both vertical jamb sections of this French-style exterior door system. Because a partial patch would not provide a reliable long-term repair, SenPro recreated the damaged jamb components to match the original profile, preserved the active door and permanently fixed companion panel, completed exterior sealing and repainted the restored areas.

Project 03 · Austin
Removing the previous lock left multiple openings and significant damage in the wooden door jamb. SenPro rebuilt the damaged section, restored the jamb profile, prepared the openings for the door hardware and refinished the repaired area to match the existing black frame.
